An Erwinna, PA basted company contacted us with a need for better reception and plans.  They had 8 phones with non-pooled plans and poor reception.  We quoted them a much better value for their money that they were spending, offered them pooled minutes, and newer and better equipment for free, as well as free accessories, and a $100.00 service credit per phone that the carrier had informed us was available to offer to them for making the change to their service.  $100.00 X 8 lines = a $800.00 incentive for them to make the change, in addition to the other benefits we offered them.  Unfortunately, the representative for the carrier that had informed us of the credit had misinformed us, and there was no credit to offer as an incentive to the customer, after we had told them there was.  To the amazement of the customer, our President Randy Mims called the customer, informed them that we had been misinformed, and proved to them he was completely accountable to his word, and told them that he would write them a check for $800.00 from his own pocket, in exchange for them to go through with the sale and give us their business.  They whole-heartedly agreed, because this gave them confidence in us, because we stand by our word.
